Marigot:--- A demonstration is planned by several residents and supporters of Pascal Morelle on Thursday morning. Morelle is scheduled to appear in front of judge of instruction in Marigot charged with illegally detaining four minors who allegedly broke into his home at Orient Beach. SMN News learnt that Morelle's home was burglarized sometime earlier this year and he conducted his own investigation and detained four minors whom it is believed committed the robbery. It is further understood that Morelle took the alleged suspects to the gendarmes who later released them. SMN News also understands that Morelle also has a record of his own as he is well known to the justice system. The gendarmes and prosecutor have conducted their own investigation as to how Morelle detained the four minors and according to their investigation determined that alleged force was used against the will of the minors.
