According to witness in Hanchi Topogigo right in Roodeweg, The man killed just came off the trailer to catch a quick leak, when Koeiman started punching him in his face and then beating him.
The victim up to this moment never defended himself, so to speak to claim self defense. The victim was a huge man and took all the blows dealt out by this evil Koeiman. The road was full of people and remarkable nobody, not one sole try to stop him either.
Probably we would have had more innocent persons gunned down if that had happen.
All in all the victim after receiving this beating just walked on and he was still shot to death. The horrible part is that Koeiman is with the man wife. He broke up a marriage and then shot the provider of this woman. That is how he lives, he is Mr. Charming so he gets involve with these beautiful married ladies and then he promise then luxury while preying on their income and livelyhood because he don't want to work but want to like high.

This suspect is no 'choir boy'; he is well-known to justice authorities as a violent, dangerous person.
