Commissioner Sarah Wescot-Williams went on a site tour in Cay Hill, behind the Raoul Illidge Sports Complex, close to the St. Maarten Medical Center and next to the new Fire and Ambulance station, where the new post-secondary institution will be built. Department Head, Kurt Ruan, explains the details of the project to Commissioner Wescot. The project is currently on tender.
