The Pride Foundation is just a big SHOW with NO content. Do these guys know what the H.ll there doing and talking about! In the environmental field SXM need DOERS AND NOT FOLLOWERS. People that can convince government and the general public about environment and spatial matters, and not these jokers.
The Pride Foundation is trying but there NOT READY YET!

Even big fish have small brains, as you have just demonstrated. Reuben is probably one of the most qualified environmental professionals on the island and from here. What you seem to not understand is that the government and all parties have shown absolutely no care for the environment at all in the past. And sadly, the vast majority of the public are either sleeping, indifferent or ignorant about it.

Are you involved with DOING anything? I am, I'm tired of it because very few seem to care, but I will keep DOING.

Hady

Respect to Mr. Reuben, if he is SUCH a qualified environmental professional he should be able to put his theory into practice, for a better SXM. You could be qualified but if you don't have experience your still NO WHERE. Good luck to sxm!

It sad when some St.Maarten people try and do good things without getting compensated and you have a ignorant comment from some Big Fish. Go out and do your part, try and convince those in power to hold our little environment as important as anything else. It's real cheap to talk, it's harder to make a difference. The executive council is collective body and by reaching one Commisioner, hopefully he will have the courage to engage the others to form sound policy in order to save St.Maarten's environment and it's heritage.
Please think before you open your mouth or use your fingers to dictate crap.

The day Pride Foundation and it's members get THEMSELVES educated in this field and knows what there talking about, I think then the EXCO will listen and take there advice more seriously. Because this is not the first time they met with a comm, but in the past as well! The environment is not only about TREES and CLEANING UP BEACHES/LAGOON, it's more then that. So to solve the environmental and spatial problems on the island it takes more then BLA BLA BLA, but more knowledge and experience of the subject.
