PHILIPSBURG:--- SCELL, The University of St. Martin’s School of Continuing Education and Life-Long Learning, established a Human Resources partnership with GEBE in early February. Last week the partnership commenced with an Organizational Training Assessment and this week with a Supervisory Training held at GEBE.
The primary focus of the partnership is to: find positive solutions to enhance GEBE’s Customer Service procedures, identifying training development programs to enhance employee work performance and supporting GEBE with educational opportunities for their employees like the PRE-USM, GED Program at USM.
Ms. Scot, Senior HR Administrative Assistant, stated: We selected SCELL because we were looking for a training institution that could cater to the specific needs of N.V. GEBE and we have determined that SCELL was the right choice.
