PHILIPSBURG:--- On Tuesday December 1st 2015 four officers namely Mr. Robert Barby of the Immigration Services, Inspector Norwin Villareal of the Justice Academy, Chief Inspectors George York, Head of the Police Internal Affairs and Ricardo Henson Head of Police Public Relation and Communication celebrated their fortieth anniversary in Government Service. During a small ceremony with family, colleagues and friends the Acting Chief of Police Commissioner Denise Jacobs congratulated these officer for the many years of service and encouraged them to continue to serve the community of Sint Maarten and to be an example and give guidance to the younger colleagues and to the youth in general.
