PHILIPSBURG:---- On Sunday April 19th, at approximately 10 a.m. and at 12.45 p.m., two females who came to visit and inmate in the Point Blanche Prison were caught with trying to bring in drugs into the institution. The first suspect with initials L.D. (19) was caught with three small plastic bags each containing an amount of marihuana and a small Ziploc bag containing 8 XTC-pills. The second suspect with initials C.C. (22) was caught with 2 small plastic bags containing an amount of marihuana and a Ziploc bag containing 30 XTC pills. The suspect were arrested by police and taken to the Philipsburg Police Station where they remain in custody pending further investigation. The marihuana and XTC-pills were also confiscated for further investigation.
