PHILIPSBURG:--- Two managers of TLC Aviation in St.Maarten will attend this year's NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in San Jose, California, February 3–6. The Conference is the private and corporate aviation industry's premier event for schedulers, dispatchers, and aviation service providers and suppliers.
