PHILIPSBURG:--- The Rotary Club of St. Maarten-Mid Isle held its "End Polio Now" walkathon on Saturday 25th of October to commemorate World Polio Day which was on Friday 24th October, 2014.
The Rotary Club's mission was to make the public aware on what Rotary is doing in eradicating Polio from the world.
The Mid Isle Club would like to thank the community for their support, and the businesses who donated and contributed in kind to make the walkathon a success.
