GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- Minister of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, and Sports Hon. Silveria Jacobs on Monday hit the first ball at the start of the Wheelchair Tennis Tournament at the Princess Port de Plaisance.
The ball was thrown by the founder of Wheelchair Tennis Brett Parks. The Minister was in awe of these athletes who have risen above all circumstances and to excel in the sport of tennis.
