Philipsburg:--- TEMPO Networks and The Ministry of Tourism announces the production of TEMPO’s weekly hit show, the Cross Caribbean Countdown, in the friendly island of St. Maarten for the next seven (7) weeks.
As TEMPO prepares for the celebration of its seventh anniversary to be held on St. Maarten (“TEMPO Turns 7”) from November 25 – December 1, 2012, the Cross Caribbean Countdown will showcase all the attractions of the island: from the extraordinary St. Maarten history, mixture of culture, sumptuous cuisine, pristine beaches, world famous shopping, unique airlift and ports, cruise industry, attractive business climate, spiritual tradition to its model school system. The show will also feature the extraordinary talent of home grown artists, including being hosted by local presenters.
The first episode premiered on Thursday, October 4th and was hosted by TEMPO Founder, Chairman & CEO himself, Mr. Frederick A. Morton, Jr. (“Mr. TEMPO”) and local artist, Ms. Shanda Webster. “St. Maarten is an exceptional Country and it is my pleasure to showcase it to the world for everyone to discover the extraordinary beauty of this remarkable destination and the infectious vibes of its people.” Said Mr. Morton.
A new episode of the Cross Caribbean Countdown from St. Maarten will premiere every Thursday at 9:00 PM with the shows repeating daily at 11:00 AM, 9:00 PM and 2:00AM
