The meeting will take place on Friday morning at 10:00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House of Parliament at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.
The first agenda point is incoming documents.
The second agenda point is the approval of the decision list public plenary sessions.
Third agenda point is the compilation of names with respect to the permanent and extra ordinary committees of parliament.
Fourth agenda point is the compilation of names for the Parlatino Committees.
