The first incident took place on October 12 at 12:45pm at Fort Louis where a tourist couple was held at gun point and robbed. The second incident occurred on the same day at 8:54pm in Concordia where a grocery store was robbed.
Two of the suspects who are both minors, appeared before the judge in the Juvenile Court. One minor was said to have provided the weapon for the supermarket robbery while the other minor is suspected of committing the supermarket robbery. Both were subsequently transferred to a detention center in Guadeloupe. The third older suspect is suspected of being involved in both robberies and was due to appear in court on October 19, 2012.
