MARIGOT—Gendarmes arrested a 24-year old man on Tuesday on news that he was the subject of an arrest warrant. The man had been sentenced to one year in prison and was also banned from the Northern Islands for five years. He had also been involved in an argument in Grand Case with a group of persons where he had fired two gun shots into the air. He was immediately transferred to Guadeloupe to complete his sentence.
