PHILIPSBURG:--- Detectives are busy investigating a shooting that took place in the Dutch Quarter area around 2 pm today Friday.
Information from the Police Spokesman Inspector Josepha states that the victim is in stable condition receiving medical treatment at the St. Maarten Medical Center.
