PHILIPSBURG:--- Director of the St. Maarten Housing Development Foundation (SMHDF) Helen Solomons (left) presented the budget 2020 of the foundation to Minister of Housing Christopher Wever last week. Solomons also used the opportunity to update the Minister on repairs to SMHDF homes since the passing of hurricane Irma in 2017.
