MARIGOT:--- The gendarmerie issued an urgent press release on Monday evening calling on persons who may have seen a 71-year-old man who went missing.
The missing man has been identified as Gilbert Richardson born on June 30th, 1946 in Aruba. Gilbert Richardson was residing at 9 Round the Pond Quartier d’ Orleans. He was last seen on Sunday, May 14th, 2017 around 10:30 am in the area of Galleon beach. At the time he was spotted he was walking and he is someone that suffers from memory loss. He has a height of 1.86 meters, fairly thin and has gray hair, brown eyes, and a small mustache. At the time he was last seen he was wearing a pair of brown pants, and a clear color checkered shirt. The Gendarmerie is appealing to the community of St. Martin/ St. Maarten to call the French Quarter Brigade at telephone number 0590 52 35 95 with any useful information that will assist them in locating the missing man.
