PHILIPSBURG:--- On Wednesday, December 28 2016, at approximately three thirty pm (15.30) a container slipped off the bedding of its semi-trailer while traveling on the L.B. Scott road. This incident occurred at the moment the semi drove onto the Churchill roundabout. No one was hurt as a result of this incident. Traffic had to be diverted by police patrols until the container could be securely hoisted and placed back onto its bedding.
