PHILIPSBURG:--- On Thursday, November 24, 2016, a young man for whom an arrest warrant was issued in regards to a burglary that took place on November 24, 2016, was arrested and placed in preventive custody. His parents and a representative for the youth probation services was also informed of his arrest. The investigation, in this case, is ongoing.
