PHILIPSBURG:--- On Tuesday, September 2nd, 2014 around 5:00am, the lifeless body of a 23-year-old woman was found in a car in the Nazareth-Dutch Quarter area. This victim appeared to be: Liscania MADURO-Ozório, nicknamed "Liz" or "BEBA". In connection with this murder, the investigation team is asking for your assistance in answering the following questions:
The investigation revealed that the victim met with someone on Monday, September 1st, 2014 between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the French side, possibly at Le Galion Beach. The investigation team is urgently looking for this person as a key witness in this investigation.
The investigation shows that the victim went to St. Peters around 6:30 p.m. There she probably had another meeting with one or more persons. The investigation team is also wondering if witnesses saw her and/or her car, a black Hyundai Accent with license plate M-2103, on Monday, September 1st, 2014 after 6:30 p.m. in the district of St. Peters and would also like to know with whom she had a meeting.
