DUTCH QUARTER:--- On Saturday July 12th, 2014 at approximately 10:00am acting on information coming into the police department, a raid was done at a home in Gibs Drive Dutch Quarter. At the home in question the police located a large marijuana plantation consisting of approximately 300 plants. When the police arrived at the location, the suspect had already fled the scene. During a search of the home several cellular telephones and a .22 caliber revolver were found. These items along with the marijuana plants were confiscated for further investigation.
