PHILIPSBURG:--- In connection with the ongoing rise in home break-ins and businesses on the island during the Carnival season and the attempted manslaughter of a police officer, the police department is requesting the assistance of the public to help locate one of the suspects by the name of Ricardo Daniel GUZMAN GONZALEZ from Mexico.
