Wife of former Island Council Member Vincent Doncher. Losing a family member is always a difficult experience, and we share your loss. Bernadine as she was affectionately called has contributed to the development of our island, from her young days as a teacher, and as a spiritual example in the life of her church, and also In the life of their family business, which is a beacon, as one of the few original locally owned, businesses surviving the changing scene of business on St. Maarten. Bernadine will truly be missed, not only by her family, but by the many friends and the general public of St. Maarten.
