Philipsburg:--- A young man riding a scooter on Long Wall Road on Monday afternoon was badly injured when he was struck down by a motor car. The young man who was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident was injured on the face. Paramedics from the Ambulance Department treated him on the scene before transporting him to the St. Maarten Medical Center for treatment.
