Harbour View:--- On June 15, 2012, His Excellency the Governor General of Sint Maarten, administered the oath of newly appointed member of Parliament Rudolphe E. Samuel. The oath was taken at the cabinet of the Governor General in presence of the family of M.P. Samuel and of the Prime Minister.
